Our adoption documents were scheduled to be dropped off at USCIS yesterday. I, like the completley insane person I've become, called today to verify. The nice lady at USCIS said they were not there so I will call again tomorrow! :-) I'll let ya know!!!

We had the same thing happen. I think they must log them in somewhere and if you ask too soon after it is dropped off, they don't have it recorded yet. (But it sure makes you a bit loony wondering.)
james was asking about kenley last night...we both realized it really is getting to the moment he will come home...so exciting!!!!!!!!!
and then what??? Is that the last part of this process? I hope so! I got chills - I'm so excited for you!!!
